Empowered Housing has been born, stepping away from the investor-owned SDA and accessible housing model, we are realising our initial dreams, removing the barriers to home ownership for people with disabilities.

Empowered Housing is the newly established build arm of Empowered Liveability.

From sourcing appropriate land sites.to liaising with SDA Assessors, offering guidance on both the design consultation and engaging with builders, in both new estates and prime knock down rebuild locations, even unit development sites and home modifications.

Empowered Housing can project manage your new home, tailored to your needs.
