Empowered Housing has been born, stepping away from the investor-owned SDA and accessible housing model, we are realising our initial dreams, removing the barriers to home ownership for people with disabilities.

Empowered Housing is the newly established build arm of Empowered Liveability. 

Whether sourcing land, liaising with our Liveable Housing Australia and SDA Assessors, soil surveying, engaging builders, design consultation, town planning, completing knock down/rebuilds, townhouse developments and completing all compliance and registration with the National Disability Insurance Scheme, Empowered Housing can project manage your new home, tailored to your needs. 

Offering an array of Master Builder designs, or a more customisable option, our team works alongside you ensuring your vision becomes reality.

This can be done as part of an SDA arrangement, or non-SDA, with supports being fully adapted instead of limited to a specific model of care. 

With 5 years’ experience in building 40+ custom accessible homes, along with over 10 years’ experience with project managing general builds, the Empowered Housing team can manage your project from start to finish.
